304 Grade Stainless SteelThe highest quality steel used in exhaust systems is 304 grade stainless, the superior choice for strength, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. In particular, the high percentage of chromium and nickel makes 304 grade stainless highly resistant to rust, stress, and harsh conditions such as high temperatures.This rust resistance is essential if you tackle water crossings, back your vehicle into the water to unload your boat, or live by the coast. Over time, lower grade steels such as 409 grade produce surface rust. In comparison, 304 grade steel will only brown when exposed to high temperatures and can always be polished back to the original finish.
Internal & External WeldsHigh-quality welds are essential to avoiding structural fatigue on joints, stopping cracks from forming, and preventing exhaust gas leaks. The 200 Series Landcruiser is one of the most capable 4WD’s on the market, and Torqit’s Twin Exit DPF Back Performance Exhaust has the strength and durability to match its reputation. Renowned for our Landcruiser systems, this twin exit exhaust is one of the thickest and most durable mandrel bent systems of its kind in Australia. Tried and tested in the toughest of conditions, it is ideal for long-distance touring and off-roading. Added bonus- it is the only twin exit exhaust available for the 200 Series Landcruiser which still allows you to keep the spare tyre under the vehicle.
Manufactured from 304 grade brushed stainless steel, our exhausts are fully mandrel bent and up to 2mm thick. The three-bolt, laser cut flanges are also 304 grade stainless steel, and are welded inside and out for extra strength. The thickness of the steel prevents cracking when traversing rough terrain, and deepens the note. This 200 Series exhaust exits left and right at the rear of the vehicle through 3” tailpipes. The tailpipe diameter helps retain definition and depth to the vehicle note. Not only does the twin exit exhaust look more aggressive, it also adds a different dynamic to the note when compared to the 200 Series single exit exhaust.
To further amplify the note, Torqit’s 200 Series DPF Back Performance Exhaust comes standard with an x-pipe. The x-pipe redirects the exhaust gases through a less congested path and balances out uneven exhaust pulses. This increases the sound output, reduces back pressure, and increases the engine efficiency and fuel economy.* As the owner of a vehicle fitted with a DPF, no doubt you are aware there are few things which damage a diesel engine quicker than excessive Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT’s). The Fatz Built airbox for the MY20 DMAX incorporates all the great design features of the Fatz Airbox range. MAF integration is in the form of our CNC machined housing specifically calibrated and tested with each model. This ensures accurate MAF readings inline with factory settings. Included is a specifically designed and moulded silicone ducting to the turbo inlet ensuring premium fitment and flow. Clear perspex lid means filter inspections are a simple as lifting the bonnet. Mounting to your vehicle with the factory mounting rubbers ensures no stress cracking from vibration stresses over time. Supplied with filter and all required for installation in all cases.

The Fatzbuilt Isuzu D-Max Snorkel is a must have accessory for any owner wanting to add to the aesthetic of their vehicle and allow for a clean, high volume air intake. Coupling favourably to the Factory Airbox with our purpose built adaption kit. The Isuzu D-Max Snorkel is supplied as a DIY kit with all items needed to install and plumb to the Airbox. Built in 4” 316 Grade Stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and polished to a seamless 320 grain finish, or powder coated Satin Black to match common bar work accessories and factory elements on your vehicle. With the 4JJ3 being such an iconic power plant for power upgrades, feeding it the air it needs is a must. Suits NEW model D-Max MY2020.5 on. Supplied with template, fasteners, u-Channel edge protector, plumbing to Airbox and instructions. Also supplied is adaption kit to blank the factory inlet hole of the Airbox and add a net inlet on the side, favourable to connect to snorkel.
