Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with TJM Northern Beaches. This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your order.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
• A $10 shipping surcharge applies to Western Australia orders.
• We ship with Australia Post.
• Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We ship to addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

If your tracking has not updated after 2 business days, email orders@tjmnorthernbeaches.com.au with your order number.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email orders@tjmnorthernbeaches.com.au within 48 hours with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item, packaging and consignment label

Please keep all packaging and do not fit a damaged product. We will work with the carrier to resolve it. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy for more detail.

International shipping

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
