Renowned for our Landcruiser exhausts, Torqit has put in extensive R & D to produce one of the thickest and most durable mandrel bent systems of its kind in Australia. Manufactured from 304 grade brushed stainless steel, our exhausts are fully mandrel bent and up to 2mm thick to prevent cracking when traversing rough terrain. The three-bolt, laser cut flanges are also manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and welded inside and out for extra strength. This 200 Series exhaust is a twin 3” system which exits through a single 4” tailpipe. The thickness of the steel and the 4” tailpipe add depth and rumble to the note, a large improvement on the factory exhaust. To further amplify and deepen the note, this 200 Series exhaust comes standard with an x-pipe. The x-pipe redirects the exhaust gases through a less congested path and balances out uneven exhaust pulses. This increases the sound output, reduces back pressure, and increases the engine efficiency and fuel economy.* As the owner of a vehicle fitted with a DPF, no doubt you are aware there are few things which damage a diesel engine quicker than excessive Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT’s). By improving the flow of gases, Torqit’s 200 Series Performance Exhaust has been developed to lower these EGT’s and help your vehicle breathe better and live longer. The Torqit 200 Series Performance Exhaust bolts directly onto the back of the DPF, and keeps your vehicle compliant with all warranty and insurance regulations. To handle these harsh conditions, we use stainless steel that is up to 2mm thick to maintain structural strength even after bending. Being extremely durable and difficult to crack, you can go off-road with peace of mind that your Torqit Performance Exhaust system will stay intact. Steel thickness not only affects the strength of an exhaust system, but also the sound it will produce- the thinner the steel, the tinnier the note. As among the thickest mandrel bent systems available in Australia, Torqit Performance Exhausts produce a deep note without cabin drone.  304 Grade Stainless SteelThe highest quality steel used in exhaust systems is 304 grade stainless, which is renowned for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. It is known as an austenitic stainless steel, meaning due to a high percentage of chromium and nickel it is extremely resistant to rust, stress, and harsh conditions such as high temperatures. The excellent properties of Torqit’s 304 grade stainless demonstrate its strength in comparison to the 409 grade stainless commonly used in the automotive industry. For heavy duty strength and resistance to corrosion, 304 grade stainless steel is the superior choice. A 4WD owner who undertakes water crossings, backs their vehicle into the water to unload a boat, or lives by the coast will especially benefit from our stainless steel systems.  Internal & External WeldsHigh quality welds are essential to avoiding structural fatigue on joints, stopping cracks from forming, and preventing exhaust gas leaks. All Torqit Performance Exhausts are TIG welded internally and externally, to reinforce the system for maximum strength. TIG welding is complex and more time consuming than the usual MIG welding technique used on exhausts; however it is a key part of creating a premium system. Torqit’s welds are extremely precise, higher quality, and create a beautiful clean finish with no welding spatter. Mandrel Bent SystemTorqit’s Mandrel Bender uses a flexible mandrel rod to support the pipe internally and prevent crinkling as it is bent. This maintains a smooth and constant diameter, improving the efficiency of your engine. With Torqit’s in house mandrel bender, we can maintain the structural integrity and thickness of our systems, prevent restricted exhaust flow, and reduce back pressure. VDJ79 series DPF Side exit 4″ exhaust If you are looking to improve the sound and appearance of your Toyota 79 Series Landcruiser, but retain the DPF, our 4” DPF side exit exhaust is a great option. Flaring to 4” right at the side exit of the DPF, our system will improve flow in the rear section of the system and make your 79 series sound great. With the DPF in-line, there is little need for a muffler in this system, though one can be added if you would prefer. All the components of this system are compatible with our turbo side system, except the DPF intermediate pipe, so should you want to change to a full system from the turbo side in the future, there is not a lot of redundant parts. Built from mandrel sections of 304 grade stainless steel and professionally tig welded, this system will last as long as your Toyota 79 Series Landcruiser. Available in single and dual exit. Compatible with Airbags in the rear. Not compatible with coil converted vehicles. (Jmacx compatible system available for 79 Series). Select option for dual Exit for twit Exit DPF side 4″ System. Professionally TIG welded and polished to a seamless 320 grain finish, or powder coated Satin or Texture Black to match common bar work accessories and factory elements on your vehicle. Texture satin Black powder coat is a good option to better match the texture on the ram head. Designed for compatibility with either Fatz Built, or factory Airboxes. 200 Series 5″ Stainless Snorkel With the scaling of the body paneling and overall size of the Toyota 200 series Land cruiser, the aesthetic of a 5″ snorkel makes perfect sense. Built in 304 Grade Stainless steel tube and bends, finished to a seamless form, then powder coated Satin black. Our snorkels are supplied in all cases with all needed to install at home or with your preferred accessory installer. At Fatz, we pride ourselves on great instructions with colour photos to aid you in the installation process and supply all items needed for the installation. Mounting to the A Pillar with a laser cut, CNC folded bracket for a clean and secure mounting solution. Our Snorkel is compatible with all Airboxes which retain the factory entry location and sizing. 200 Series Airbox Package. An Airbox upgrade is a must have on all 200 series vehicles, with dusting issues being common place across the range of 200 series models. An Airbox is cheap insurance to avoid costly damage. Also allowing a free-flowing intake system at the same time.The Standard Airbox does cause a flow restriction when tuning above the 30psi boost range. Fatz built Airboxes incorporate our machined MAF housing to retain factory air flow readings, a filter of your choice in either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration. Supplied with plumbing from the air box outlet to the factory inlet, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, fittings and hose clamps to install the air box.It is designed as a direct factory replacement utilizing the rubber mounts found on the factory air box. We provide detailed installation instruction and installation takes about 30 minutes. Compatible with most snorkel brands and can be supplied with Inlet adapters for some snorkel variants (Select options).
