Np300/D23 Fatz Built Airbox
The Fatz Built D23 Navara Airbox is inline with all our current design standards. Incorporating our CNC machined MAF housing, all aluminium construction and mounting on factory mounting rubbers. This D23 Navara Airbox has a Unique design feature, with dual intake location. This allows for compatibility with Safari, TJM and Fatz Built snorkels. With the ECU location from factory, this needs to be re-located for fitment of most snorkels. We have an allowance on the rear of the Airbox, for mounting of the ECU, in a secure and protected manor. Supplied in all cases with our Fatz Built 7″ Filter in either an oiled Gauze or paper element. A very basic install for anyone with basic mechanical knowledge.

VDJ70 Series Snorkel. 4″ Stainless.
A snorkel is a must do replacement on the VDJ series model range, with the factory item being no more than a ducting for intake air and providing little in the way of flow or sealing against water ingress. Our Fatz built 4” snorkel is built in 316 or 304 Grade Stainless steel depending on finish option, professionally TIG welded and polished to a seamless 320 grain finish, or powder coated Satin Black to match common bar work accessories and factory elements on your vehicle. Utilising the factory mounting points with sturdy 3 mm stainless brackets, also using the lower factory mounting rubber so no chaffing on body panels can occur. The entry point allows the original entry hole and mountings to be cut out so no evidence is left of the original VDJ 70 snorkel. Easily plumbed to the factory Airbox or sold in combination with our Fatz built airbox, to supply clean Air and piping in no less than 4” all the way to the Mass Air Flow sensor entry. The rear facing snorkel head is finished with a laser cut cross with the Fatz logo incorporated to allow as much open surface area as possible while not allowing large objects to enter the snorkel. GU Patrol 4″ High Flow Airbox
Our GU Patrol 4″ High flow Airbox is a versatile unit with great compatibility in many common set ups. With GU Patrol 4” inlet and outlet, supplied with our Fatz Built filter in your choice of either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious. Supplied in all cases with filter, template for guard hole enlargement, clear lid, fasteners and instructions to fit out.

Washer Bottle
With installation of snorkels, there is often need to remove and replace the washer bottle, with an item outside the guard cavity. We have you covered on this, with our aluminium fabricated washer bottle. Powder coated in texture satin coat, to match our airbox. this unit solves the problem, and looks great in doing so. We supply a piggy back wiring harness to extend the wiring for the pump as needed, and the factory washer hose just re-routs, to connect in the new location. Mounting to existing mounting locations on the inner guard panel, there is no need for drilling during fitment.
