Plumbing Kit: GU TD42, Factory Turbo. Plumbing kit for GU TD42 Factory HT18 Turbos with vertical inlet. Plumbing includes all needed to plumb from our Fatz Built Airbox to the standard GU TD42 turbo inlet. Including the option of plumbing in the PCV hose from your valve cover. We also include a cap, should you prefer not to plumb in the PCV system. Kit includes: 1 x 4”-3” reducing 90 degree silicone bend. 1 x Alloy tube in 3” with-8 fitting welded on. 1 x-8 cap, 1 x-8 90 degree push lock fitting for PCV hose, 1 Length of ½ hose for PCV connection, 1 x 3-2.5” 90 degree reducing silicone bend, all hose clamps required. 4″ Plumbing kit From Fatz Built Airbox to 4″ turbo inlet. (Low mount) With the Upgrade to a turbo with GU TD42 4” inlet housing, we upgrade to 4” plumbing from the box to the turbo, utilising a long radius alloy bend for free-flowing intake air. The pipe has a kick welded into the turbo end to offset the pipe away from the exhaust manifold. The kit includes all items needed to plumb from our Fatz built Airbox to a 4″ inlet housing on a low mount manifold. The pipe includes a fitting welded in for plumbing in of the PCV hose, as well as a cap, should you prefer not to. All hose, fittings and clamps required to fit out. Some trimming of silicone bends is required. purchase our GU TD42 4″ Turbo Inlet Plumbing kit and experience the difference. Kit includes: 2 x 4” Silicone 90 degree bend, alloy long radius 90 degree bend with fitting and kick welded in, 90 degree-8 push lock fitting, 1/2” hose for tappet cover vent,-8 cap for PCV fitting, all hose clamps as required. ZD30 CRD/Di Plumbing Kit. Fatz Box to Turbo inlet. Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required. NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit. Kit includes: 1 x 4”-3” reducing silicone 90 degree bend, 3” alloy pipe with -10 fitting welded in (Specific to CRD or Di engine configurations) 3-2” reducing 90 degree silicone (Dependent on turbo inlet, please specify) 90 degree -10 push lock fitting, 5/8 hose, clamps as required. GU Patrol 4″ High Flow Airbox Our GU Patrol 4″ High flow Airbox is a versatile unit with great compatibility in many common set ups. With GU Patrol 4” inlet and outlet, supplied with our Fatz Built filter in your choice of either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious. Fatz High Flow N80 Hilux Airbox The Fatz built N80 Airbox incorporate our CNC machined MAF housing to retain factory air flow readings, a filter of your choice (8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration), clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. The box incorporates a duck valve drain to allow water to drain away from the filter, when ingested through the snorkel for peace of mind motoring. Mounting the airbox is taken care of by the factory mounting rubbers and fasteners. Plumbing from the air box outlet to the turbo inlet is comprised of silicone couplings and powder coated alloy pipe supplied as part of the kit. N70 1KD Hilux High Flow Airbox package. The Fatz Built N70 Hilux Airbox is in the line of our latest generation of Airboxes. With All aluminium construction, factory rubber mounting and CNC machined MAF housing, this product will not disappoint. The N70 factory airbox outlet and MAF mounting leaves a lot to be desired form a flow perspective, with a very tight bend at the outlet of the box into the MAF tube. This also makes the integration of the MAF into a different tube with better flow characteristics a little challenging. We have spent a lot of time in testing and development on this product to ensure it is accurate. Our box will not cause any drive-ability or tuning issues. The Box has a 4″ inlet to couple with our snorkel or existing snorkels in the same location.
