The Nissan GU Patrol is an icon for modification and performance improvements. With this, there is the need for improved Air flow potential and naturally, a high Air inlet for off road applications. Our Nissan GU Patrol Snorkel is designed as such, allowing for a 4” tube all the way from the snorkel tip to the Airbox inlet. Built with 316 Grade Stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and polished to a seamless 320 grain finish on polished snorkels. Powder coated are built in premium quality 304 grade stainless steel tube and finished to a true seamless form and powder coated Satin Black to match common bar work accessories and factory elements on your vehicle. The snorkel recesses into the guard to allow the snorkel to follow the body lines of the vehicle and the A pillar. Supplied in all cases with plumbing to the Airbox in quality silicone and stainless-steel tubing. The rear facing snorkel head is finished with a laser cut cross with the Fatz logo incorporated to allow as much open surface area as possible while not allowing large objects to enter the snorkel. GU Patrol 4″ High Flow Airbox
Our GU Patrol 4″ High flow Airbox is a versatile unit with great compatibility in many common set ups. With GU Patrol 4” inlet and outlet, supplied with our Fatz Built filter in your choice of either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious. Supplied in all cases with filter, template for guard hole enlargement, clear lid, fasteners and instructions to fit out.

Washer Bottle
With installation of snorkels, there is often need to remove and replace the washer bottle, with an item outside the guard cavity. We have you covered on this, with our aluminium fabricated washer bottle. Powder coated in texture satin coat, to match our airbox. this unit solves the problem, and looks great in doing so. We supply a piggy back wiring harness to extend the wiring for the pump as needed, and the factory washer hose just re-routs, to connect in the new location. Mounting to existing mounting locations on the inner guard panel, there is no need for drilling during fitment.

The clean, smooth lines of the MY2020 Mazda BT50 demand a clean fitting snorkel that compliments the vehicle aesthetic and follows the vehicle body well. Our MY2020 Mazda BT50 snorkel fills this brief and looks the part while providing clean, high level air intake for the 4JJ3 engine. Built in 316 stainless steel, professionally purge welded and finished to a seamless form and either powder coated satin black or polished to a 320 grain finish. With the factory air intake at the front of the factory airbox, there is a need for adaption of the intake location. We take care of this in the kit with supply of a blanking plate and new entry inlet pipe. supplied with all needed for installation including clear color photo instructions, clear marking template and all items for installation.

To add symmetry back to your vehicle after fitting a Fatz Built snorkel to the RH side of your Cruiser, just add a LH snorkel. This snorkel is designed to mirror our RH snorkel and uses the same mounting style and locations. Threaded inserts do need to be fitted to secure the snorkel, with no factory locations on the LH side. Built in 316 grade stainless steel, finished to a seamless form and either powder coated satin black or polished to a 320 grain finish. Specifically designed to terminate in the guard cavity, this snorkel cannot be plumbed to an airbox, as it is shortened specifically to clear the relay box in the guard cavity, so this does not have to be re-located. Flaring to 4” right at the back of the DPF, our system will improve flow in the rear section of the system and make your 79 series sound great. With the DPF in-line, there is little need for a muffler in this system, though one can be added if you would prefer. All the components of this system are compatible with our turbo back system, except the DPF intermediate pipe, so should you want to change to a full system from the turbo back in the future, there is not a lot of redundant parts. Built from mandrel sections of 304 grade stainless steel and professionally tig welded, this system will last as long as your Toyota 79 Series Landcruiser. Available in single and dual exit. The Ranger Raptor is a substantial step up in the current generation with power to support the exceptional chassis configuration. The Fatz Built RA RAPTOR 5" snorkel incorporates the true RAPTOR ethos with it's oversized yet refined styling. Our Snorkel is built in 304 Grade Stainless steel tube and finished to a true seamless form through a process developed over the 14 years we have been building snorkels. Then powder coated Satin Black to match common accessories on the market. Fitment is key with the need to align with body panels from any angle. Mounting to the A pillar is secure and robust with 3 M6 Nutcerts mounting the folded bracket.
The RA comes from the factory with the washer bottle for the windscreen in the guard cavity making plumbing to the Airbox inlet difficult. Fatz has overcome this with our specifically designed Aluminium replacement unit which fits in the factory location. Resulting in the ability to plumb to the airbox inlet with 4" tubing for maximum airflow as required.
Our snorkels are provided with all components required for installation including all plumbing items needed, cad drawn and scale printed templates, colour photo instruction manual, Fabricated washer bottle, plumbing to airbox and the confidence only purchasing with Fatz can bring.
