6″ DPF BACK EXHAUST FOR FORD F250 6.7L: 2011 – 2016 (GEN 3) PERFORMANCE GAIN: TBC Give your 4WD extra grunt and a deeper exhaust note with Torqit’s F250 Stainless Performance Exhaust. The Ford F250 is a big truck with a big personality. In turn, it needed a big exhaust system to complement its aesthetics. It is the largest Torqit exhaust system we have ever fabricated, with a 6” pipe that connects to the back of the DPF. We have put in extensive R&D to deliver the perfect mix of exhaust note, performance and quality. Designed for maximizing your power and torque, the DPF  back 6” exhaust for the Ford F250 is one of the thickest, largest and most durable mandrel bent system of its kind. The system has been tried and tested in some of the toughest Australian conditions. The exhaust system is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel. As the DPF is located so far down the vehicle, it is a short path from the DPF to the rear of the vehicle, yet the system still includes several bends for optimum clearance, heavy duty brackets for  secure fitment, and a V-band flange. The V-band flange provides a lightweight alternative to a three-bolt flange. Since this 6″ system is so large, it  provides additional strength by absorbing the circumferential load. Torqit’s 6” F250 exhaust bolts onto the back of the DPF and complies with all regulations and insurance requirements, so your vehicle warranty will remain intact. It is known as an austenitic stainless steel, meaning due to a high percentage of chromium and nickel it is extremely resistant to rust, stress, and harsh conditions such as high temperatures. The excellent properties of Torqit’s 304 grade stainless demonstrate its strength in comparison to the 409 grade stainless commonly used in the automotive industry. For heavy duty strength and resistance to corrosion, 304 grade stainless steel is the superior choice.
