This XGS U-bolt is 14 x 62 x 210mm with a forged top drivers side for Toyota Hilux front suspension and should be used when upgrading to TJM leaf springs. We recommend replacing factory fitted U-bolts when new springs are installed. The thread of your vehicle's existing U-bolts thread may have stretched from usage and could work loose with the installation of a new spring pack.

The patented inbuilt hydraulic bump-stop provides the perfect solution for vehicles that experience shocks bottoming at high speeds or when heavily loaded. TJM XGS greaseable shackle rear to suit Holden Colorado RG and Isuzu D-MAX 2011+ vehicles. Shackles are an integral component of the suspension system that attaches between the leaf spring and vehicle frame. As a leaf spring flexes up or down, its length from main eye to shackle eye changes. Since one end is mounted solidly (the main eye), and cannot move, length changes occur at the shackle end of the leaf pack. TJM greaseable shackles allows regular greasing to lubricate the bushes with no dismantling required for access.

XGS Remote has been designed to provide the ultimate off-road experience for both weekend adventurers and high performance off-road users. The unique 8 stage, separate compression and rebound adjustability provides a fully customised ride to suit any load application. The patented inbuilt hydraulic bump-stop provides the perfect solution for vehicles that experience shocks bottoming at high speeds or when heavily loaded. As the shock absorber reaches maximum compression, the internal bump stop progressively increases damping resistance for maximum impact control. As a result, the vehicle and occupants are protected from high stress loads. The innovative monotube design consists of a single wall construction which ensures direct heat dissipation. This coil over assembly includes the coil spring and has an adjustable spring seat for fine tuning of ride height.
