MSA 4X4’s patented, SEMA award-winning Towing Mirrors feature a large single mirror that pivots on a heavy-duty extension slide. Allowing the mirror to extend out when towing and return to a normal driving position, when not towing.
Government guidelines state that the driver is required to see 20m past the widest point of the towed vehicle. MSA 4X4 has created a range of Towing Mirrors that meet this guideline and are specifically designed for Australian towing vehicles.
The mirror is the subject of Chinese utility model No. 201721652844.X and international patent application No. PCT/AU2017/051320, as well as corresponding patents and patent applications in Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Due to the extreme heat generated in an automatic transmission, an auxiliary oil cooler is an economical and efficient way to help protect against costly transmission repairs.
Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) cools, lubricates and cleans internal transmission components. When transmission components exceed 93°C (200°F) the performance of ATF is seriously compromised.
Subsequently the life span of the ATF, seals and internal components of the transmission are significantly reduced. Higher internal temperatures also increase the wear rate of the friction and clutch plates.
HOW IT WORKS

MSA POWER FOLD™ is a trademark used under licence MSA 4X4’s patented, SEMA award-winning Towing Mirrors feature a large single mirror that pivots on a heavy-duty extension slide. Allowing the mirror to extend out when towing and return to a normal driving position, when not towing.
Government guidelines state that the driver is required to see 20m past the widest point of the towed vehicle. MSA 4X4 has created a range of Towing Mirrors that meet this guideline and are specifically designed for Australian towing vehicles. The large single mirror lens creates less confusion and enhanced safety while driving. The four, easily adjustable positions, provide greater vision, with less vibration to any towing situation, while maintaining ADR compliance and safety. When the mirror is rotated into the horizontal position, the mirror’s actuator automatically adapts, allowing for standard adjustments (up, down, side to side) from the vehicle’s standard mirror controller. This caters to drivers of differing height and seated positions. Designed to fold inwards or outwards when bumped in car parks, or when contact is made with trees and other obstacles around the vehicle. Simple to fit. MSA 4X4’s Towing Mirrors mount onto a vehicle door in the same position as the existing mirrors.
