Mazda BT50 3.2L Airbox
With tuning and powder supporting modules available for the 3.2L BT50, it makes sense to supplement these components with a free flowing, well filtering intake system for your vehicle. Our Airbox utilizes our Fatz built Air filters in a 7” long element, either in an 8-layer gauze or paper element. Our BT50 Airbox includes all the design features that make Fats built Airboxes a first choice for off road vehicles. With water trap and drain valve for dispersing water drawn in through the snorkel as well as a water deflector plate so water cannot hit the filter directly when taken in. Built in 3mm Aluminium , with all bracketry tig welded on. Supplied with our clear lid for easy checking of filter soiling. This box re-uses the factory plumbing to the turbo inlet so no further cost is incurred for fitment of the Airbox.

The Fatz Built airbox for the MY20 DMAX incorporates all the great design features of the Fatz Airbox range. Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required.
NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit.
