Whether used for towing, touring or daily driving, the 200 Series Landcruiser is one of the most capable 4WD’s on the market, and Torqit’s 200 Series DPF Back Performance Exhaust has the strength and quality to back it up. Renowned for our Landcruiser exhausts, Torqit has put in extensive R & D to produce one of the thickest and most durable mandrel bent systems of its kind in Australia.
Manufactured from 304 grade brushed stainless steel, our exhausts are fully mandrel bent and up to 2mm thick to prevent cracking when traversing rough terrain. The three-bolt, laser cut flanges are also manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and welded inside and out for extra strength. This 200 Series exhaust is a twin 3” system which exits through a single 4” tailpipe. The thickness of the steel and the 4” tailpipe add depth and rumble to the note, a large improvement on the factory exhaust.
To further amplify and deepen the note, this 200 Series exhaust comes standard with an x-pipe. The x-pipe redirects the exhaust gases through a less congested path and balances out uneven exhaust pulses. This increases the sound output, reduces back pressure, and increases the engine efficiency and fuel economy.* As the owner of a vehicle fitted with a DPF, no doubt you are aware there are few things which damage a diesel engine quicker than excessive Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT’s). All Torqit Performance Exhausts are TIG welded internally and externally, to reinforce the system for maximum strength. TIG welding is complex and more time consuming than the usual MIG welding technique used on exhausts; however it is a key part of creating a premium system. Mandrel Bent SystemTorqit’s Mandrel Bender uses a flexible mandrel rod to support the pipe internally and prevent crinkling as it is bent. The Ford F250 is a big truck with a big personality. In turn, it needed a big exhaust system to complement its aesthetics. It is the largest Torqit exhaust system we have ever fabricated, with a 6” pipe that connects to the back of the DPF. We have put in extensive R&D to deliver the perfect mix of exhaust note, performance and quality.
Designed for maximizing your power and torque, the DPF back 6” exhaust for the Ford F250 is one of the thickest, largest and most durable mandrel bent system of its kind. The system has been tried and tested in some of the toughest Australian conditions. The exhaust system is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel.
As the DPF is located so far down the vehicle, it is a short path from the DPF to the rear of the vehicle, yet the system still includes several bends for optimum clearance, heavy duty brackets for secure fitment, and a V-band flange. The V-band flange provides a lightweight alternative to a three-bolt flange. Since this 6″ system is so large, it provides additional strength by absorbing the circumferential load.

Torqit Performance Exhausts are specifically designed to create a deep note and improve vehicle performance. Our DS RAM exhaust is manufactured using 304 grade stainless steel. The thickness of the steel is 1.7mm on the bends and 2mm on straights. The high quality steel and thickness produces a deep note and guarantees extreme strength even in the toughest terrain.
This exhaust follows the same path of the factory system. It is a 3″ system that can begin from either the headers or the catalytic converter, then trails into a twin exit 5″ exhaust outlets. The design incorporates a muffler. This design reduces the restriction on the flow of the exhaust system whilst still retaining a decent and acceptable sound.
On an exhaust system, once the internal combustion takes place, the engine expels exhaust gasses in the form of high-pressure pulses. These high-pressure pulses create very powerful sound waves. A muffler helps to reduce the sound to a tolerable level. The choice of muffler in this system provides good performance and a nice tone without stealing too much backpressure.

INSTALLATION
Every Torqit performance exhaust system is designed to bolt together, meaning you can finalise fitment without a hoist. Choose to install the exhaust yourself or arrange for it to be fitted at your local Torqit stockist – whichever works best.
Fitment takes from 60 minutes to three hours depending on the specific exhaust system, whether you have access to a hoist and your expertise with the required tools.
