This incredible MicroSub™ subwoofer system delivers the kind of output and extension that is normally possible with only much larger systems. The key to its performance lies in the precise tuning of its dual 8W3v3 subwoofer drivers, each in separate airspace, with an efficient slot-ported design. Extensive interior bracing permits the use of thinner wall material that maximizes the enclosure’s internal volume relative to its exterior volume. The port for each driver wraps around two walls of the enclosure to produce the necessary low tuning frequency that ensures excellent extension and response smoothness. The two flared port entries/exits, one on each end of the enclosure, further enhance sound quality by minimizing air-flow noises through these ports. This subwoofer system is shipped wired, loaded and ready to connect via a five-way binding post terminal. 7″ Long element, 4″ Outlet filters. Our Fatz build 7 inch air filters are quality made filters, built with Off-road driving in mind. We have options for paper elements which have a filtration efficiency of 99.5-99.7% or 8 Layer gauze elements which have a filtration efficiency of 99.4%. We have been using these filters for many years and have carried out testing in vehicles from daily driven vehicles to off-road racing applications such as Winch truck Challenges and Off-Road Rally applications, all with great results.With option for 9” and 7” long elements, we can offer these for use in general applications as well as replacements for you Fatz built Airboxes. Flow ratings on our filters are 1180CFM maximum flow for our 8 Layer 9” pod filter. 1080CFM for our Paper element 9” element filters.The Pod design offers many advantages over OEM panel filters. With a very secure sealing design to the Airbox outlet, the filter will not cause a leak when under heavy suction in a clogged state. If the filter element is a quality material, there is no way for dust to bypass the filter under normal operating conditions. ZD30 CRD/Di Plumbing Kit. Fatz Box to Turbo inlet. Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required. NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit. Kit includes: 1 x 4”-3” reducing silicone 90 degree bend, 3” alloy pipe with -10 fitting welded in (Specific to CRD or Di engine configurations) 3-2” reducing 90 degree silicone (Dependent on turbo inlet, please specify) 90 degree -10 push lock fitting, 5/8 hose, clamps as required. Plumbing includes all needed to plumb from our Fatz Built Airbox to the standard GU TD42 turbo inlet. Including the option of plumbing in the PCV hose from your valve cover. We also include a cap, should you prefer not to plumb in the PCV system. Safari 4″ Ram head. 4″ Internal diameter ram head for use with all Fatz Built Safari 4″ Ram Head snorkels. Securing over the top pf the 4″ snorkel to allow maximum flow through the entire surface area of the snorkel. With slotted cut outs on the rear of the head the Safari 4″ Ram Head also offers great water dispersion at the entry point. HDJ79 4″ Snorkel. Compatible with HDJ79 series vehicles, our HDJ79 series 4″snorkel is designed to work in conjunction with our Airbox as well as factory to ensure adequate flow potential for your needs. Built in 316 grade stainless steel and finished to your preference of 320 grain polished finish or powder coated Satin black to match common bar work on the market. In all cases our snorkels are finished to a seamless form, with no evidence of welding visible. Mounting brackets in 3mm Stainless steel picking up on factory mounting locations. 2 remaining mounting locations capped with fasteners. Supplied with stainless steel button head bolts For a professional and clean mounting solution. This snorkel couples to our Fatz Airbox with a straight silicone coupling to ensure a full 4″ of airflow into the airbox. Supplied in all cases with template, edge protector, fasteners and instructions for installation.Snorkel can be coupled with factory airbox with additional adaption kit utilizing Safari Armax inlet duct. RA RAPTOR 5″ Snorkel inc Washer bottle The Ranger Raptor is a substantial step up in the current generation with power to support the exceptional chassis configuration. The Fatz Built RA RAPTOR 5" snorkel incorporates the true RAPTOR ethos with it's oversized yet refined styling. Our Snorkel is built in 304 Grade Stainless steel tube and finished to a true seamless form through a process developed over the 14 years we have been building snorkels. Then powder coated Satin Black to match common accessories on the market. Fitment is key with the need to align with body panels from any angle. Mounting to the A pillar is secure and robust with 3 M6 Nutcerts mounting the folded bracket. The RA comes from the factory with the washer bottle for the windscreen in the guard cavity making plumbing to the Airbox inlet difficult. Fatz has overcome this with our specifically designed Aluminium replacement unit which fits in the factory location. Resulting in the ability to plumb to the airbox inlet with 4" tubing for maximum airflow as required. Our snorkels are provided with all components required for installation including all plumbing items needed, cad drawn and scale printed templates, colour photo instruction manual, Fabricated washer bottle, plumbing to airbox and the confidence only purchasing with Fatz can bring. GU Patrol 4″ High Flow Airbox Our GU Patrol 4″ High flow Airbox is a versatile unit with great compatibility in many common set ups. With GU Patrol 4” inlet and outlet, supplied with our Fatz Built filter in your choice of either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious. Our paper element filters have been independently tested as per ISO 5011 standards and rated with a  filtration efficiency of 99.9%. Our Filters have been supplied to our customer base for over a decade and have undergone hundreds of thousands of km of vigorous testing in vehicles from daily driven vehicles to off-road racing applications, such as Winch truck Challenges and Off-Road Rally, all with great results. Our 9″ element filters can be supplied for general applications as well as replacements for your Fatz built Airbox. Maximum flow capacity on our Dry element 9″ filters are 1080CFM as tested. The Pod design offers many advantages over OEM panel filters. With a very secure sealing design to the Airbox outlet, the filter will not cause a leak when under heavy suction in a clogged state. If the filter element is a quality material, there is no way for dust to bypass the filter under normal operating conditions.
