ZD30 CRD/Di Plumbing Kit. Fatz Box to Turbo inlet. Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required. NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit. Kit includes: 1 x 4”-3” reducing silicone 90 degree bend, 3” alloy pipe with -10 fitting welded in (Specific to CRD or Di engine configurations) 3-2” reducing 90 degree silicone (Dependent on turbo inlet, please specify) 90 degree -10 push lock fitting, 5/8 hose, clamps as required. ZD30 CRD/Di Plumbing Kit. Fatz Box to Turbo inlet. Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required. NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit.
