WHY DO YOU NEED ONE?
Due to the extreme heat generated in an automatic transmission, an auxiliary oil cooler is an economical and efficient way to help protect against costly transmission repairs.
Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) cools, lubricates and cleans internal transmission components. When transmission components exceed 93°C (200°F) the performance of ATF is seriously compromised.
Subsequently the life span of the ATF, seals and internal components of the transmission are significantly reduced. Higher internal temperatures also increase the wear rate of the friction and clutch plates.

The Direction-Plus™ TR+ Throttle Controller TR0609DP fits Pajero, Triton and Challenger models. The TR+ unit is fixed to the driver’s dash, which allows easy access to adjust settings. This unit will increase throttle response by adjusting the signal sent to the vehicles ECU and eliminates throttle lag on accelerator, giving you instantly more power!
CUSTOMISABLE SETTINGS
The TR+ Throttle Controller has six driving modes, each with nine customised settings that gives the driver the ability to finely tune their vehicle’s accelerator to suit their personal driving preferences.

HOW IT WORKS
PRELINE-PLUS
PreLine-Plus pre-filter system is designed specifically to cope with extreme weather conditions and poor fuel quality ensuring a high degree of water separation and particle pre-separation.
With a 100% water separation efficiency rating (based on 300um droplet size) and a long service life, meeting the specifications set by leading manufacturers of diesel fuel injection systems, this PreLine-Plus pre-filter kit will reliably protect your fuel system from corrosion, abrasion and the frequency of repairs reduced.
WATER ALERT SYSTEM
The PreLine-Plus kit includes an intuitive multi-stage water alert that separates it from other kits on the market. The alarm will notify the driver in the event that water is detected in the fuel which also eliminates the need to manually check for water.
PROVENT OIL SEPARATOR
Direction Plus™ ProVent Ultimate Catch Can protects your diesel engine by reducing the amount of oil entering the engine from blow-by gas in the crankcase ventilation system. By not fitting a Direction Plus™ ProVent Ultimate Catch Can system, it is likely that your engine will experience a progressive reduction in performance.
Direction Plus™ ProVent Ultimate Catch Can system is specifically designed to separate and redirect oil and air from blow-by gas produced from within the crankcase as it also provides the option of returning the oil back to the sump.

This XGS U-bolt is 12 x 72 x 170mm with a square top (B) and should be used when upgrading to TJM leaf springs. We recommend replacing factory fitted U-bolts when new springs are installed. The thread of your vehicle's existing U-bolts thread may have stretched from usage and could work loose with the installation of a new spring pack.
