HOW IT WORKS
FUEL MANAGER
Direction Plus™ Pre-Fuel Filter will be installed between the fuel tank and the O.E.M fuel filter which will remove the majority of water and particle contamination, leaving the O.E.M fuel filter to do the final and finer filtration. This ensures you are maximising the protection of your diesel fuel system.
PROVENT OIL SEPARATOR
Direction Plus™ ProVent oil separator protects your diesel engine by reducing the amount of oil entering the engine from blow-by gas in the crankcase ventilation system. By not fitting a Direction Plus™ ProVent system, it is likely that your engine will experience a progressive reduction in performance.
Direction Plus™ ProVent system is specifically designed to separate and redirect oil and air from blow-by gas produced from within the crankcase as it also provides the option of returning the oil back to the sump

NP300 Washer Bottle
With installation of snorkels on the Np300 Navara, there is often need to remove and replace the washer bottle, with an item outside the guard cavity. We have you covered on this, with our aluminium fabricated washer bottle. Powder coated in texture satin coat, to match our airbox. this unit solves the problem, and looks great in doing so. We supply a piggy back wiring harness to extend the wiring for the pump as needed, and the factory washer hose just re-routs, to connect in the new location. Mounting to existing mounting locations on the inner guard panel, there is no need for drilling during fitment.

Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required.
NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit.

ZD30 CRD/Di Plumbing Kit. Fatz Box to Turbo inlet.
Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required.
NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit.

All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious. MSA 4X4’s Storage Drawer Systems are designed with a patented slide technology Now fitted with fully sealed, stainless steel bearings with Nylon rollers as standard. Offering a quieter, smoother operation under heavy loads and saving up to 3kg per Drawer Module. The entire drawer extends further from the frame, allowing 100% access to the drawers. No more hard-to-reach items at the back! MSA 4X4’s Storage Drawer Systems are constructed from aluminium and have anodised aluminium components. Super-strong, lightweight and comes with stainless steel fasteners used throughout for a rust-free, corrosion resistance lifetime of use.
The patented “Stay-Open Block” allows the drawer to remain in an open position even on a 30-degree slope. They also feature an LED Light Strip that activates at full extension and has a manual override switch. A 100% safe and secure lock system that can not be levered open from underneath, is an exceptional security measure. Dust resistant seals around front panels ensure all the items stored inside stay clean and dust free. Flush-fitting wing kits are available for most 4WDs and utes, creating additional storage space between the Storage Drawer System and the inner sides of the car. Access to the space is gained through removing the wing and face panels. The reinforced wing kit brackets provide a fully supported base for fridge slides to be mounted onto the wing panels, allowing for more placement options.
