This kit offers an EASY, NO DRILL, BOLT-IN FITMENT able to be fitted with ordinary hand tools, yourself.
As the RANGER RAPTOR Model was primarily designed by Ford's Motorsport Dept. as an Off Road Action Vehicle, Polyair wanted to make sure that their Load Assist solution for this action vehicle retained the full downward articulation (Droop) of the Raptors unique suspension while still offering a premium Load Assist solution to maintain a level vehicle when Loaded for Work or for when Towing Duties were required.
Polyair's BELLOWS ULTIMATE KIT includes their unique POLYAIR CRADLE Kit for Maximum Downward Suspension Travel when used as an action off road vehicle.
The Kit also uses their latest Polyair Ultimate Bellows which incorporates an INTERNAL BUMP STOP in each Air Bag Bellows for added protection and stopping power in rough terrain.
This Kit offers the Ultimate Solution for this unique off road vehicle without reducing the wheel droop of the FOX Bypass Shocks and Coil-Over Suspension design.

Fatz Fabrication GU Patrol Plumbing kit. Suit Fatz 4" Airbox to 4" Inlet HIGH MOUNT Turbo, TD42 Engine-FFGU-PL-TDHM-4-KT
With the Upgrade to a turbo with GU TD42 4” inlet housing, we upgrade to 4” plumbing from the box to the turbo, utilising a long radius alloy bend for free-flowing intake air. The pipe has a kick welded into the turbo end to offset the pipe away from the exhaust manifold. The kit includes all items needed to plumb from our Fatz built Airbox to a 4″ inlet housing on a low mount manifold. The pipe includes a fitting welded in for plumbing in of the PCV hose, as well as a cap, should you prefer not to. All hose, fittings and clamps required to fit out. Some trimming of silicone bends is required. purchase our GU TD42 4″ Turbo Inlet Plumbing kit and experience the difference.

Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required.
NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit.
