VDJ70 Twin Snorkel, Twin Airbox Package
If you are looking for the most comprehensive induction kit available for the VDJ 70 Series Land Cruiser, check out our Twin Airbox, Twin Snorkel package. This kit takes care of everything you will need to make this package work on a vehicle with factory engine bay arrangement. Supplying everything from the snorkel to the turbo snout, left hand and right hand airboxes, our full intake with MAF location to meter both LH and RH airbox airflow accurately. This kit can be installed and driven with no tune required immediately with calibrated MAF tube sizing. With dual snorkels and airboxes, the engines air requirements are divided through two systems, meaning filter service life is dramatically lengthened, and reduced restriction result from dirty filters. For installation of this kit, the main starter battery does need to be re-located to the AUX location. For this an ARB aux battery tray is supplied in the kit. The Main fuel filter needs to be re-located to the Drivers side of the vehicle with bracket, hoses and clamps required being supplied in the kit. The wiring harness running through the Passenger side of the engine bay does need modification to enable relocation of relay box and fuse holders.
Kit Inclusions: RH Snorkel, LH Snorkel, LH Airbox with filter, RH Airbox with filter, Full intake to connect to both Airboxes, ARB AUX battery tray, fuel filter bracket, hoses and clamps, wiring and solder splices required for modifications, cable ties and electrical tape, very detailed instructions with colour photos and all templates required.

GU Patrol 4″ High Flow Airbox
Our GU Patrol 4″ High flow Airbox is a versatile unit with great compatibility in many common set ups. With GU Patrol 4” inlet and outlet, supplied with our Fatz Built filter in your choice of either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious. Supplied in all cases with filter, template for guard hole enlargement, clear lid, fasteners and instructions to fit out.

The box incorporates a duck valve drain to allow water to drain away from the filter, when ingested through the snorkel for peace of mind motoring. Mounting the airbox is taken care of by the factory mounting rubbers and fasteners. Plumbing from the air box outlet to the turbo inlet is comprised of silicone couplings and powder coated alloy pipe supplied as part of the kit.

An Airbox upgrade is a must have on all 200 series vehicles, with dusting issues being common place across the range of 200 series models. An Airbox is cheap insurance to avoid costly damage. Also allowing a free-flowing intake system at the same time.The Standard Airbox does cause a flow restriction when tuning above the 30psi boost range. Our Fatz Build 9 Inch Dry element Air filters are quality made filters, built with Off-road driving in mind. Our paper element filters have been independently tested as per ISO 5011 standards and rated with a filtration efficiency of 99.9%. Our Filters have been supplied to our customer base for over a decade and have undergone hundreds of thousands of km of vigorous testing in vehicles from daily driven vehicles to off-road racing applications, such as Winch truck Challenges and Off-Road Rally, all with great results. Our 9″ element filters can be supplied for general applications as well as replacements for your Fatz built Airbox. Maximum flow capacity on our Dry element 9″ filters are 1080CFM as tested. The Pod design offers many advantages over OEM panel filters. With a very secure sealing design to the Airbox outlet, the filter will not cause a leak when under heavy suction in a clogged state. If the filter element is a quality material, there is no way for dust to bypass the filter under normal operating conditions. The Ryco S102XK Pre-Filter Sensor Kit comes with all the parts necessary for users to be notified instantly by the Ryco Connect App when it is time to inspect and drain the unit, eliminating unnecessary visual assessments.
Having a fuel water separator can assist your vehicle’s fuel system by filtering water and particulates before they ever reach the fuel filter, however, this is only working if the fuel water separator itself is clean and serviced regularly. What the Ryco Fuel Water Separator Sensor Kit does is support this line of defence, providing additional assurance to 4×4 owners that their engine health is protected by being better aware of what the fuel water separator’s servicing needs are. With the presence of oil from the crankcase ventilation system, the exhaust particles are collected by the oil. This combination of oil and exhaust particles from the EGR build up to a point where it blocks inlet manifolds and valves, resulting in reduced engine performance and/or failure.
