Fatz 9″ long Element, 4″ outlet Dry Filters Our Fatz Build 9 Inch Dry element Air filters are quality made filters, built with Off-road driving in mind. Our paper element filters have been independently tested as per ISO 5011 standards and rated with a  filtration efficiency of 99.9%. Our Filters have been supplied to our customer base for over a decade and have undergone hundreds of thousands of km of vigorous testing in vehicles from daily driven vehicles to off-road racing applications, such as Winch truck Challenges and Off-Road Rally, all with great results. Our 9″ element filters can be supplied for general applications as well as replacements for your Fatz built Airbox. Maximum flow capacity on our Dry element 9″ filters are 1080CFM as tested. The Pod design offers many advantages over OEM panel filters. With a very secure sealing design to the Airbox outlet, the filter will not cause a leak when under heavy suction in a clogged state. If the filter element is a quality material, there is no way for dust to bypass the filter under normal operating conditions. Designed for maximizing your power and torque, the DPF  back 6” exhaust for the Ford F250 is one of the thickest, largest and most durable mandrel bent system of its kind. The system has been tried and tested in some of the toughest Australian conditions. The exhaust system is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel. As the DPF is located so far down the vehicle, it is a short path from the DPF to the rear of the vehicle, yet the system still includes several bends for optimum clearance, heavy duty brackets for  secure fitment, and a V-band flange. The V-band flange provides a lightweight alternative to a three-bolt flange. Since this 6″ system is so large, it  provides additional strength by absorbing the circumferential load. It is known as an austenitic stainless steel, meaning due to a high percentage of chromium and nickel it is extremely resistant to rust, stress, and harsh conditions such as high temperatures. The excellent properties of Torqit’s 304 grade stainless demonstrate its strength in comparison to the 409 grade stainless commonly used in the automotive industry. For heavy duty strength and resistance to corrosion, 304 grade stainless steel is the superior choice.
