Np300/ D23 Navara 3″ Snorkel The NP300/D23 Navara is a commonly customised vehicle, with great aftermarket accessory options on the market. In line with this, our Fatz Built NP300/D23 Navara snorkel is designed with aesthetics and fitment in mind. The guard cavity provides a couple of challenges with minimal room, and the factory washer bottle to contend with. We have this sorted with the design of our snorkel, allowing for ample clearance, to fit plumbing through the guard without hard contact with body panels, or manipulating silicone bends to make them fit. Our snorkels are built in 316 Grade, 3″ stainless steel, and finished to a seamless form for polishing or powder coating, depending on your preference. Plumbing to the Airbox in 3″ ducting, supplying ample air for the 2.3L engines. *Adaption kit, and Fatz Built washer bottle are required to plumb to the factory airbox, due to the entry location on the airbox, and ECU mounting location. Fatz GU Patrol 4″ Snorkel (All Series) The Nissan GU Patrol is an icon for modification and performance improvements. With this, there is the need for improved Air flow potential and naturally, a high Air inlet for off road applications. Our Nissan GU Patrol Snorkel is designed as such, allowing for a 4” tube all the way from the snorkel tip to the Airbox inlet. Built with 316 Grade Stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and polished to a seamless 320 grain finish on polished snorkels. Powder coated are built in premium quality 304 grade stainless steel tube and finished to a true seamless form and powder coated Satin Black to match common bar work accessories and factory elements on your vehicle. The snorkel recesses into the guard to allow the snorkel to follow the body lines of the vehicle and the A pillar. Supplied in all cases with plumbing to the Airbox in quality silicone and stainless-steel tubing. The rear facing snorkel head is finished with a laser cut cross with the Fatz logo incorporated to allow as much open surface area as possible while not allowing large objects to enter the snorkel. ZD30 CRD/Di Plumbing Kit. Fatz Box to Turbo inlet. Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required. NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit. Kit includes: 1 x 4”-3” reducing silicone 90 degree bend, 3” alloy pipe with -10 fitting welded in (Specific to CRD or Di engine configurations) 3-2” reducing 90 degree silicone (Dependent on turbo inlet, please specify) 90 degree -10 push lock fitting, 5/8 hose, clamps as required. For a pain free kit, supplying what you need, add this plumbing kit to your cart to ensure you have what you need to complete the install. Kit only compatible with 4″ throttle bodies, and use with Thermo fans on the radiator. Engine fans will need the have plumbing customised to fit, due to the space available. Compatible with NA LS application only. Supercharged application will require different plumbing to suit. MAF inclusion, can be optioned if retaining the MAF sensor (Suit 4″ OD MAFS). GU Patrol 4″ High Flow Airbox Our GU Patrol 4″ High flow Airbox is a versatile unit with great compatibility in many common set ups. With GU Patrol 4” inlet and outlet, supplied with our Fatz Built filter in your choice of either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious.
