Our Fatz Build 9 Inch Dry element Air filters are quality made filters, built with Off-road driving in mind. Our paper element filters have been independently tested as per ISO 5011 standards and rated with a filtration efficiency of 99.9%. Our Filters have been supplied to our customer base for over a decade and have undergone hundreds of thousands of km of vigorous testing in vehicles from daily driven vehicles to off-road racing applications, such as Winch truck Challenges and Off-Road Rally, all with great results. Our 9″ element filters can be supplied for general applications as well as replacements for your Fatz built Airbox. Maximum flow capacity on our Dry element 9″ filters are 1080CFM as tested. The Pod design offers many advantages over OEM panel filters. With a very secure sealing design to the Airbox outlet, the filter will not cause a leak when under heavy suction in a clogged state. If the filter element is a quality material, there is no way for dust to bypass the filter under normal operating conditions. GU Patrol 4″ High Flow Airbox
Our GU Patrol 4″ High flow Airbox is a versatile unit with great compatibility in many common set ups. With GU Patrol 4” inlet and outlet, supplied with our Fatz Built filter in your choice of either an 8 layer oiled gauze or dry element paper in a 9 inch POD configuration, clear acrylic lid for a great look and easy checking of filter soiling. All the required hardware, template for enlarging the hole through the inner guard and fitting instructions supplied with the box. The box incorporates a water trap and duck valve drain, to allow water to drain away from the filter when ingested through the snorkel. The box is compatible with dual batteries with no modification to the box or tray. Simply select your plumbing kit (sold separately) to allow fitment with many common Engine combinations such as TD42, ZD30, RD28, LS1-3 etc. Not compatible with TB48 or TB45 without modifications. With an increase in flow from 410CFM with the factory box to Over 850CFM* with our High Flow Airbox, the improvements will be obvious. Supplied in all cases with filter, template for guard hole enlargement, clear lid, fasteners and instructions to fit out.

ZD30 CRD/Di Plumbing Kit. Fatz Box to Turbo inlet.
Our Plumbing kit for the ZD30 utilizes a CNC bent calibrated sized tube allowing for direct installation of the MAF sensor and PCV hose as required. This allows for free-flowing intake air from our Fatz built Airbox to the turbo inlet while ensuring Air flow data is accurate. The PCV hose is plumbed back into the intake with high quality Aeroflow fittings and hose required. Also included in the kit is a Laser cut, folded bracket for re-location of the boost control solenoid as required.
NOTE: Series 4 ZD30 Di has the CRD MAF Sensor and needs a CRD Kit. If the sensor in your vehicle has a rectangle slot, you NEED a CRD plumbing kit.

We have been using these filters for many years and have carried out testing in vehicles from daily driven vehicles to off-road racing applications such as Winch truck Challenges and Off-Road Rally applications, all with great results.With option for 9” and 7” long elements, we can offer these for use in general applications as well as replacements for you Fatz built Airboxes. This snorkel is designed to mirror our RH snorkel and uses the same mounting style and locations. Threaded inserts do need to be fitted to secure the snorkel, with no factory locations on the LH side. Built in 316 grade stainless steel, finished to a seamless form and either powder coated satin black or polished to a 320 grain finish. Specifically designed to terminate in the guard cavity, this snorkel cannot be plumbed to an airbox, as it is shortened specifically to clear the relay box in the guard cavity, so this does not have to be re-located. VDJ79 series DPF Back 4″ exhaust
If you are looking to improve the sound and appearance of your Toyota 79 Series Landcruiser, but retain the DPF, our 4” DPF Back exhaust is a great option. Flaring to 4” right at the back of the DPF, our system will improve flow in the rear section of the system and make your 79 series sound great. With the DPF in-line, there is little need for a muffler in this system, though one can be added if you would prefer. All the components of this system are compatible with our turbo back system, except the DPF intermediate pipe, so should you want to change to a full system from the turbo back in the future, there is not a lot of redundant parts. Built from mandrel sections of 304 grade stainless steel and professionally tig welded, this system will last as long as your Toyota 79 Series Landcruiser. Available in single and dual exit. Compatible with Airbags in the rear. Not compatible with coil converted vehicles. (Jmacx compatible system available for 79 Series). Select option for dual Exit for twit Exit DPF Back 4″ System.
