Description

Upgrade your pickup truck’s carrying capacity and easily transport adventure sports gear such as bikes, kayaks, and fishing rods with this Canopy Load Bar Kit. These bars are custom-designed to be mounted on a 1425mm canopy via a set of supplied mounted feet without compromising the canopy. Easily kit out your rig with a variety of compatible Front Runner accessories thanks to the sliding bolts t-slots which allow for quick fitting and removal.

Comes with all hardware and components needed to fit load bars on your Canopy, including four (4) mounting feet, two (2) 1425mm load bars, an installation kit and fitting instructions.
These load bars are mounted to your canopy via a set of supplied mounted feet.
Uses the same strong, corrosion-free aluminum slats found in Front Runner Slimline II Racks.
The sliding nut t-slots allow for quick fitting and removal of accessories and equipment on both the top and bottom of the slats.
The load bars and mounting system can be used in the future as components to build a complete Front Runner roof rack.
Made from steel and durable, weather-resistant black powder-coated aluminum.

Note: The load per Load Bars must not exceed 55lbs or 25kg, and ensure the load is distributed evenly. For larger loads, additional Load Bars may be needed, please contact Customer Service for any enquiries.

Note: A maximum driving speed of 130km/80mi per hour should be adhered to, when equipped with a Front Runner Roof Rack or Load Bar kit.

2x FASS024 - Foot Set / 50mm - 60mm
1x LBSK016 - Roof Load Bar Pair 1425mm(W)

Black epoxy powder - coated T6 aluminium

Approximate Installed Weight: 5.8kg (12.79lbs)

The t-slots on the tops and bottoms of the slats accommodate standard 8mm bolts.

To determine the approximate height from your vehicle’s roof to the top of your Load Bar Kit, add the height of the Load Bar (22mm/ 7/8") to the height of the Foot, Grab-On Foot, or Strap-On Foot listed above.

If your Load Bar kit uses Legs, add the height of the Load Bar (22mm/ 7/8") to the height of the Legs listed above to determine the height of the rack from your vehicle's rain gutters.

If your Load Bar kit uses Foot Rails, add the height of the Load Bar (22mm/ 7/8") to the height of the Foot Rails listed above to determine the height of the rack from the crown (highest point) of the vehicles roof.

For all 4x4 advice, products and service, look no further than TJM Northern Beaches in Brookvale. Jason has built a fantastic team of professionals who have both in-depth technical knowledge and experience and demonstrate some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen. They beat their competitors in this area hands down. Jason was fantastic with helping me design and specify my Y62 Patrol build earlier this year and was very honest about what they could do / supply and things that I would be better sourcing from other suppliers. Throughout the build, he provided solutions, not problems particularly regarding a pre rego GVM upgrade. He was great in communicating progress and working with Nissan to ensure all the work was completed prior to registration. A big shout out also to Andy and Ed in the workshop who were very patient and helpful in providing me with an operational handover once it was complete. They have also provided great after sales service. I’ll definitely be going back to TJM Brookvale for all my 4x4 needs and highly recommend them – no need to look further. Well done team!

The workmanship as usual was first class and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The team just completed a heap of 12v work on my new car after doing work on my previous one. The workmanship as usual was first class and I can't recommend them highly enough. The best 4WD shop in Sydney, cannot recommend more. Jason and Des are absolutely legend. They are very helpful and professional, Giving me the best options and keep everything on track. The boys from the workshop also provide high quality workmanship, and easy communication. They supply large range of high quality brands like Jmacx, RVSS, Enerdrive etc, your true one stop shop. I should build with them from the start, it would be much easier!

The guys at TJM Brookvale are absolute legends.

Jase, Glen and Des were a massive help after losing my car in the floods.

My 2022 D’max had a bullbar, winch and lift kit fitted and it looks and feels amazing! The guys at TJM Brookvale made every effort to get the work on my car done the second my car was off the boat and at the dealership and turned it around in a very short time, as they knew it was hurting me having no car, not to mention did it all at a very reasonable price.
