Meticulous coaxial design and construction
Handmade in France, the K2 Power Series EC 165 KE 2-way car speakers are the culmination of Focal's passion for perfect sound. Focal's sound gurus engaged in intensive listening sessions designing this line of speakers so that you experience uncanny realism, sweeping dynamics, and breathtaking depth in your music.
This beefy magnet ensures that this woofer will deliver solid and controlled midbass frequencies.
A classic woofer with a new twist
The 6-1/2" woofers use Focal's classic "W" sandwich cone design for incredibly accurate audio reproduction. The nimble Kevlar and glass-fiber woofers demonstrate the control needed to play delicate classical passages, yet they'll handle the power needed to drive your bass-heavy tracks with authority. Focal adds a Tuned Mass Damper (TMD®) rubber surround which minimizes harmonic distortion for the cleanest midrange possible.
A sweet-sounding, responsive tweeter
The EC 165 KE employs a unique aramid fiber tweeter with an "M"-shaped inverted dome design that disperses the highs throughout your vehicle with remarkable precision, all the way up to 22,000 Hz.

For all 4x4 advice, products and service, look no further than TJM Northern Beaches in Brookvale. Jason has built a fantastic team of professionals who have both in-depth technical knowledge and experience and demonstrate some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen. They beat their competitors in this area hands down. Jason was fantastic with helping me design and specify my Y62 Patrol build earlier this year and was very honest about what they could do / supply and things that I would be better sourcing from other suppliers. Throughout the build, he provided solutions, not problems particularly regarding a pre rego GVM upgrade. He was great in communicating progress and working with Nissan to ensure all the work was completed prior to registration. A big shout out also to Andy and Ed in the workshop who were very patient and helpful in providing me with an operational handover once it was complete. They have also provided great after sales service. I’ll definitely be going back to TJM Brookvale for all my 4x4 needs and highly recommend them – no need to look further. Well done team!
