What legends. Thank you to Jason and his team. We recently bought a brand new car with tow package including brake controller. Going away with van on today, van had no brakes, had to leave van on roadside as controller faulty. Rang TJM Brookvale, Jason and his team tested and replaced brake controller all within 2 hours. The service was outstanding

Jason was referred to me from a work friend and from the first call and all the calls made after, the service was outstanding. We went back and forth on what I wanted, sourced it and implemented it.
I live out near Kemps Creek so to make my way out to Brookvale it was a bit of a drive.

Would I do this again yes.

I use to get get my accessories for my 4 x 4’s from the competitor and the service is like chalk and cheese.Would I recommend him yes.
I still need to add accessories to my new 4x4 and will be returning to TJM Brookvale when ready

For all 4x4 advice, products and service, look no further than TJM Northern Beaches in Brookvale. Jason has built a fantastic team of professionals who have both in-depth technical knowledge and experience and demonstrate some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen. They beat their competitors in this area hands down. Jason was fantastic with helping me design and specify my Y62 Patrol build earlier this year and was very honest about what they could do / supply and things that I would be better sourcing from other suppliers. Throughout the build, he provided solutions, not problems particularly regarding a pre rego GVM upgrade. He was great in communicating progress and working with Nissan to ensure all the work was completed prior to registration. A big shout out also to Andy and Ed in the workshop who were very patient and helpful in providing me with an operational handover once it was complete. They have also provided great after sales service. I’ll definitely be going back to TJM Brookvale for all my 4x4 needs and highly recommend them – no need to look further. Well done team!
